Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
Every 8 Minutes for 32 Minutes (4 Rounds)
Run 800, then
5 KBS (53/35)
15 Air Squats
Rx+= Complete solo
Partners will run 800m together, then spend the rest of the 8 minutes completing the AMRAP I go/you go style. Ex: Partner A completes 5 KBS, then Partner B, Partner A completes 10 sit-ups then Partner B, and so forth. Score is total team rounds + reps of the AMRAP. Pick back up where you left off each round.
