A: Run 400 or Bike 1200

B: AMRAP

15 Kettlebell Swings (53/35)

30 Mountain Climbers

Partner 1 will complete run or bike while Partner 2 completes as many rounds and reps of B as possible.  Switch when A is complete.  Partners pick -up where the other left off in the AMRAP.
