1 rep = Snatch from floor, top of knee, hip.

Complete 10 Rounds (28 Minutes Total)

In 1 minute complete

8 Burpee Over-the Bar

Max Power Snatches (95/65)

Rest 2 Min

Rx+ = 115/75; Rx55+ and Scaled = (75/45)
In one minute, complete 8 burpees over the bar then AMRAP of power snatches in the remaining time. Then rest 2 minutes. Repeat for 10 rounds. Score is total number of snatches.
