Min 0-7: Run 800
Min 7-14: AMRAP of Cindy
Min 14-21: Run 800
Min 21-28: AMRAP of Cindy
Min 28-35: Run 800
Min 35-42: AMRAP of Cindy
Rx+= Vested
Work in 7 min blocks. If you complete the run in 4-5 mins, use the remaining time to rest. Start the AMRAP 7 of Cindy at the 7, 21 and 35 min marks. Start back where you left off in the round following each run.
Score is total rounds and reps of Cindy. Goal is 15+
