3 Min Max Effort DB Burpee Box Step-up (25/15)*

1 Min Rest

3 Min Max Effort Cal Assault Bike

1 Min Rest

*20″ Box for all – DB Burpee Box Step Up = Burpee with hands on DB, deadlift DB, step up with DB, then down.
One partner working at a time, switch as needed. Goal should be max effort followed by rest as partner works
