Extended warm up + 10-15 minutes of GOAT work (kipping, double unders, Etc.)
Metcon (Weight)
Every 2:00 for 20:00 (10 sets) complete:
3 touch and go power cleans + 8 burpees as fast as possible
**Start light and add weight each set with the goal being to work to a 3 rep max touch and go power clean for the day.
