Dynamic Warm Up

4 Rounds each for time:
In 10 min
Run 800m
15 Handstand push ups
15 Pull ups
15 Ring dips
Rest for the remaining part of 10min.
Score the time for each round. Start next round on the 10min mark. If you time out, record the number of reps.
