After warm up, spend some time practice handstands, kipping, muscle ups, double unders, etc.

Metcon (Time)

5 rounds for time of:

Row 500m

20 hand release push ups

15 box jump overs 24/20″

Rest 2:00 between rounds

RX+ (10 handstand push ups each round sub for hand release push ups)
