Power Snatch (Work up to a set of 3 touch and go power snatch)
Every 2:00 for 14:00 (7 sets) complete:
8 box jumps 24/20″ + 3 touch and go power snatches.
***Begin light, and add weight each set if form is good.
***If new to the snatch, keep it light the entire workout. Work from the hang position if needed.
