For time with a partner:
Station 1 – 20 rounds of “Cindy”
Station 2 – 200/150 calorie bike
**Both partners will work at the same time but on separate stations. Switch stations as desired. If your team finishes one station before the other, take turns finishing the remaining station.
RX+ 30 rounds of Cindy, 250/200 calories

10 push ups
15 air squats
Male/female pairs complete 175 cals for RX and 225cals for RX+
