Every 3:00 for 36:00 (4 rounds)
Station 1 – 30/24 calories
Station 2 – 35 double unders + 12 toes to bar
Station 3 – 300m run
RX+ 40/30 cal bike, 50 DU + 15 T2B, 400m run
***If you complete all 12 stations you get 12 points. Goal should be to finish the reps for each station in roughly 2-2:30 minutes. Scale as needed.
