Our Shred classes are different every single day and are designed to shape your body while challenging you at your fitness level. Don’t be nervous, we start with a one on one meeting to help you figure out the best program for you.

An unbeatable experience!  I never would have thought I would be enjoying this experience as much as I am.  Not only are the coaches helping to zero in on my problem areas, getting me to eat healthier and increasing my stamina… but the motivational inspiration and friendships formed with other members is priceless!!!
