Station 1 – Run 200m + 10 burpees
Station 2 – 20 db push press (35/20) + ME sit ups in remaining time
Station 3 – 20 slamballs + 30 russian twists with slamball (25/15)
Station 4 – 20/12 calorie assault bike
*** Score is total sit ups added up with your team
****RX+ 30/20 cal assault bike, 50/35# push press, toes to bar
