10m Sled Push/ Plank Hold
Sit-ups/Dead Bug Hold
Jumping Pull-ups/Hang from Bar
Calorie Assault Bike/ OH Empty Bar Hold (45/35)
Rx+= Stone; 45# Sled; GHD Sit-ups; 95/65 OH Hold.
Partner A will complete AMRAP of movement one while Partner B is in various hold positions. Score is team reps for movement one which count only when partner remains in hold position.
