20-Min AMRAP
5 Plated Pushups (45/25)
10 Plated Sit-ups
15 Plated OH Lunges
20 Plated Russian Twists
Scale 35/15 or movements without weight.
Partners will alternate movements completing each before moving to the next – Partner A does 5 Pushups, B completes 5 Pushups, and so forth. Score = Team rounds plus reps.
