Push-ups 15 Pull-ups

Air Squats 50m Farmers Carry (35/25)

*2 Minutes Rest Between Stations

Working in pairs, partner 1 completes as many reps as possible of movement A until partner 2 completes movement B, partners tag and swap. Only reps of A count toward group total
