Complete as many reps as possible in 5 minutes each of:
20 Double-Unders
15 Air Squats
Rest 2 minutes
5 Knees to Elbow
10 Box Jumps (20/24)
Rest 2 minutes
2 X 10m Sled Push
5 Burpees
Rest 2 minutes
5 Deadlift (225/135)
1 Rope Climb or 2 Progressions
DL Scale = 185/95#
Partner A completes the AMRAP then rests while Partner B goes for 5 minutes at each station.
