Ball Slams (40/25)
Wall Balls (20/14)
Partner A completes 400m row while Partner B completes movement for reps, then switch. Rotate to next movement when each have completed the row. Teams reps from the movements only, rower is only the pacer. If all 4 stations completed under 26 minutes, start series again.
