Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
In teams of 4-5. Person 1 begins on bike and completes the work. When they advance to the rower, person 2 will begin on bike. Continuing until everyone finishes the entire round. After everyone finishes the entire round, begin again. 25 minutes continuous AMRAP.
