*While one teammate rows 20 cal, the other 2 teammates complete the following with 1 person working at a time. Teammates will rotate out after each row:

100 Wall balls 20/10#

300 Double-unders

80 Dumbbell snatch 50/35#

200 Air squats

60 Burpees

100 T2B

Rx+ = Complete as a team of 2.
