100 MedBall Leg Raises (14-16/8-10)

100 Standing Teapots (70/44)
Run 200
100 MedBall Crunches
50 MedBall Cleans

Scale is 1/2 reps. Weight = 75/55
All reps are cumulative. Once MedBall Cleans are complete, Partner 1 will run 200m while Partner 2 completes as many leg raises as possible, then switch. Keep rotating until the 100 raises are complete them move to next exercise.
