Metcon (1 Rounds for time)
Every 5:00 for 30:00 (6 rounds) complete the following:
1 rope climb (3 progressions)
5 handstand push ups
10 box jump overs 24/20″
**Each round is scored separately. You will enter your SLOWEST round.
Scale reps if needed to finish the rounds in no more than 4:00.
***scale HSPU to 5 wall walks.
