30 minute AMRAP with a partner
100m burpee broad jump
40 burpee plate ground to overhead 25/15# plate
200m overhead walking lunge
30 burpee plate ground to overhead
300m bear crawl
20 burpee plate ground to overhead
400m run with plate
10 burpee plate ground to overhead
If you finish everything, start again at the top.
**each 10m counts as 1 rep.
**200 reps is one whole round
