Every other min on the min: 18 min (2x)-ie you get 1 min betwn each

1 min Plank (Forearm, palms up)

1 min Side plank -L (Forearm)

1 min hollow – Hands/Feet 6″ and rocking if possible.

1 min Side plank – R (Forearm)

30 Toes to bar (if you can’t get 30 in 1 min then AMAP)
