8 Rounds Each of:

Empty Bar Curls (45/35)

ABMAT Sit-ups

Banded Tri-cep Pushdowns (small red band)

Bicycle Kicks (L+R=1)

Rest 1 interval (40s) between movements.

Score is total reps

Complete all 8 rounds before moving
