Every 1:30 for 7 sets, complete 5 hang power cleans. Work up to a heavy set of 5 for the day.

30 double unders (100 single unders)
20 abmat sit ups
15 dumbbell push press 35/20#
Rx+ sub 10 toes to bar for sit ups
RX 55+ = 25/15#
