Run 600 meters

Badger AMRAP (3 Rounds for reps)
Round 1 (total squat cleans + pull ups)
Round 2 (total squat cleans + pull ups)
Round 3 (total squat cleans + pull ups)
No matter which option you choose, you must stop
and go for the run at 8 min, 20, and 32 min unless
you have already completed the run for that round
(ie at 8 min if you are on the 25th pull up from round 1
then you must stop and run, if you are on sqt clean 2 from
round 2 then you just continue. If you time out enter your score in as AMRAP
