You really, really want to hit this goal, but you haven’t told anyone. Maybe you are afraid of what they will say. Maybe you are afraid to commit. Maybe you are afraid to say it because you think you might fail.
Your goals aren’t silly, they aren’t over the top, they aren’t impossible. What you need is coaching.
We run a coaching business. We don’t sell workouts, we don’t sell barbells, we don’t sell ‘the gym’. We exist to help you get results.
Athlete check-ins are the the opportunity for you to get coaching off of the floor. An opportunity to create a plan that you are willing to be held accountable to. An opportunity to check in and see what the next step is.
Creating short-term goals as stepping stones to bigger goals is important. It’ll help you keep on track when you feel like you’re stalling in any progress.
Meeting with a coach to help you along the way is why we schedule meetings with each member every 90 days.
