8-200m Sprints*
150 cal row (Switch Every 25 Cal)
100 box jumps (24/20)
50 DB Thrusters (45/25)
12 Rope climbs (Scale is 25m Sled Pulls)**
Reps are team reps. With one person working at a time, teams will complete a mile run by rotating through 8-200m sprints then complete a 150 cal row switching every 25 cals, 50 team DB thrusters and 12 team rope climbs.
*Run scale is 8 alternating rounds of 50 single jump ropes.
**Scale for rope climbs is 8 alternating rounds of 20m sled pulls.
