Warm up with 10-15 minutes of overhead squat practice and mobility drills.

Power Snatch (Work up to a heavy set of 3 Power snatch)

Take 5-7 sets to work up to a heavy set of 3 touch and go power snatch

Metcon (Time)

4 rounds for time of:

10 front squats 115/75#

30 double unders (90 singles)

10 pull ups

RX+ 155/105#
