*Each 10m of sled pull is a rep.

Two people working at a time while one person rests. While one person runs or rows, the other two are completing an AMRAP of the first movement, alternating as needed. When the row or run is complete, teammates will switch out. Score is total number of KBS, sled pulls, thrusters and burpees.
