In Teams of 4 complete the following

50 Unison Burpees

then

40 Kettlebell Swings (53/35)

30 Push Press (95/65)

40 Slam Balls (20-25/10-15)

30 C2B Pullups/Pullups

*Athletes will each start at a different station (KB swings, push press, slam balls, or C2B Pullups) and complete the work at each station. Athletes may not advance to the next station until everyone has completed their work. Each athlete will complete all 4 movements.
