“Hang Man”

Teams of 2 complete the following for time:

12 Alternating Rounds of:

200m Run (250m Row)

10 Dead Lifts

10 Box Jumps (24,20)

Rx+ = 225/135#;

Rx = 185/95#;Scaled = 135/75#)

Partner A will complete the run, dead lifts and box jumps then tag their partner who then completes the sequence. 12 total rounds (6 each partner)
