1000m Row

50 Wall Balls (20/14)

25 Unison Situps

25 GTOH (95/65#)

Rx+ = GHD Situps and 135/85# GTOH

Partner A rows 1000m while Partner B does 50 wall balls. When both are completed move to the situps and complete in unison, then GTOH where you can split the reps however you want. Once round is completed the Partner who rowed first is now completing the wall balls while the other rows
