20 Min AMRAP with a partner

10 dumbell push press 35/20#

10 slamballs 20/10#

10 slamball squats 20/10#

Partner 1 runs 200m while partner 2 completes as many reps as possible of the workout. Switch when partner 1 returns from the run and pick up wherever your partner left off.
