50 Burpees

60 Box Jumps (24/20)

Rx+= Complete solo (no run)
For row, Partner A will row 1000m while Partner B runs 400m. Switch when 1000m is complete (runner should get some rest). Continue row/run until 5000/4000 is reached. For Burpees and Box Jumps, partition as needed.
