Weightlifting
Bear Complex (5 Rounds of 7 Unbroken Cycles)
Power Clean
Front Squat
Push Press
Back Squat
Second Push Press
Athletes have 5 attempts to complete the cycle 7 times unbroken adding weight after each successful round.
Squat clean thrusters not allowed. Must power clean, then squat, then push press. Movements must be distinct.
Rest 3-4 minutes between rounds. Score is heaviest weight used for a round.
