60 Battle Ropes (each arm is a rep)
50m Suitcase Carry AHAP (R-25, L-25)
40 Sec Plank Hold (Varied)
30 Mountain Climbers
Every 3 Minutes, for 15 Minutes (5 Rounds)
21 Plate Hops (45#)
12 Shuttle Sprints (10m)
8 Alt. Reverse Lunges (45/25)
*For lunges, hold weight to chest when completing(4 each leg).
NOTE: Score today is time of slowest round.
If work completed before 3 minutes, rest until the next round.
