Every 5 minutes, for 25 minutes (5 Rounds)

12/9 Calorie Assault Bike

15/12 Calorie Row

18 Shuttle Sprints (10 Meters)

Rx+= 15/12; 18/15; 21

This WOD will be performed as individual or team depending on class size. I will adjust reps to ensure completion of each round with some rest in between.
