Warm-up (No Measure)
After general warm up, spend a few minutes practicing kipping/ going over some pull up drills.

Five Rounds for time:
20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats
*3-minute rest after each round*
Make sure to push yourself hard on the sit ups/squats. scale the pull ups/ push ups so that you can keep moving in small sets.
