Power Clean + Hang Squat Clean + Power Jerk (Work to heavy set of 1 for the day)
Metcon (Time)
5 rounds of:
7 lateral burpees over abmat
20 abmat sit ups
7 lateral burpees over the abmat
Rest 1:00 between rounds
RX+ 10 burpees per set
If completing at home:
For lateral burpees – Perform burpee beside any small object (towel, pillow, small child) and jump over the object after each burpee. Sit ups can be performed with no abmat or a towel rolled up behind you, with feet in butterfly position.
