Burgener Warm Up (Snatch)
Hand Stand Push Up – 2 or 3 EMOM 10

Subs-HS and hold 15s or Shoulder press 75/2

Metcon (5 Rounds for reps)

5 Rounds

As many reps as possible in 2 min:

Run 200

7 push ups

7 Parallet jump overs *

Rest 2 min
