Metcon (No Measure)
16 minute EMOM of:
– :40 handstand push ups
– :40 L-sit/ hollow hold
– :40 double unders
– :40 ghd/abmat sit ups
**L-sit can be done on rings, on paralletes, or between boxes
Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)
On a 15 minute clock:
Max effort 20m sled sprints in teams of 3.
Alternate every 20 meters.
Sled should be a weight that you can move quickly for the whole 20 meters.
Empty sled or 45# plate on sled is okay. Score is total 20m lengths. Note your sled weight in comments.
