15 Reverse Crunches
15 Double Unders (1:1 Singles)
Rest 4 Minutes
AMRAP 5 min
15 KBS (53/35)
15 Flutter Kicks (R+L=1)
15 Jump Squats
Each partner will start at a different AMRAP station and work individually for maximum reps for 5 minutes, then rotate to the next station. 4 minutes rest between AMRAPs. Score is total team reps for all AMRAPs.
