CrossFit PTC – WOD
Back Squat (Work up to a heavy set of 10 for the day.)
Goal is 5-15# more than last week. Complete warm up sets of 5-6, and then 3 sets of 10 working up to a heavy set for the day.
Metcon (4 Rounds for reps)
4 rounds for total reps of:
1:00 assault bike Calories
1:00 burpees
1:00 row for calories
1:00 jumping lunges
:15 rest between each movement.
Scale jumping lunges to regular lunges or air squats.
