1:00 hollow rocks/ dead bug rocks

1:00 red band all the way overhead

Metcon (6 Rounds for time)

Every 5:00 for 30:00 (6 rounds)

Run 400m

10 burpees

10 toes to bar

RX+ 15 burpees, 12 toes to bar
