“Buddy Check”

Teams of 2

Complete 5 Minute Stations of:

25 Burpee Over-the-Wall

50 ABMAT Sit-ups

25 Little Worm Squats

50 R-Side Hips Raises

15 Partner Deadlifts (315/185)

50 L-Side Hip Raises

25 Partner Wall Balls (20/14)

50 Bicycle Crunches (L+R=1)

2 Minutes Rest Between Stations

Rx+ = 405/225 Deadlift

Scale/Master’s Rx = 225/135

Partners will work together to complete team reps for each movement before starting next movement for an AMRAP of 5-minutes, then rotate to next station. Score is total reps for each station.
