75 Double Unders/ Overhead Squat
75 Double Unders/ Push Press
75 Double Unders/ Sumo Deadlift Highpull
75 Double Unders/ Front Squat
Partner A will do 75 double unders (or 150 singles) and Partner B will do max reps of the designated exercise until DUs complete, then switch. After both partners have complete DUs, move to the next movement.
