7 Burpees

7 Calorie AB
Rx+= 25/16 WB; 40/25 SB; Deficit PU; 255/165 DL; 70/44 KB
Rx 55+= 16/10 WB; 175/105 DL
Scale = 5-6 rounds
Each team member will start at a different station and rotate through the line, never passing each other. Score is time needed for all team members to complete 7 rounds.
