14 Push Presses (35/25)

7 Box Jump-Overs (24/20)

14 Sit-ups

Rx+= 2 person teams; (50/35); Burpee Box Jump Overs

The assault bike will be positioned in the center of the workstation with the other movement stations circled around. Someone is always on the bike for max calories while the other partners complete a full round of the AMRAP and switch. Score is calories AB.
